Title:  The Upstairs Room
AuthorJohanna Reiss

This book is about a Jewish family during the Holocaust. In the story a girl named Annie, and her sister, Sini, must go into hiding. The people who take them into hiding are very nice, simple farmers. When the girls are in hiding they face many hardships. But they are also lucky, because they get to come out of hiding and walk around the house. Will they be caught? Will they be set free? Read this book to find out.

I like this book because I think reading about the Holocaust is interesting. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this book an 8.
