Watershed Down is the exiting story of a band of rabbits heading off into the wilderness in search of a home. Their warren was destroyed by humans and the only reason that these few rabbits are alive is because of Fiver. Fiver is the fifth in his litter so he is a little strange. He claims he can see the future. Fiver predicts the attack. The rabbits also have Hazel to thank. Hazel is Fiver's brother. He addresses the problem and leads the few rabbits who listen to safety. The small group of rabbits that survive are left to fend for themselves.

This is a very well written book and it has great description. I recommend it to anyone.

This remarkable book takes you to a world you have never lived in before.  Your home is the forest, a field, or the river banks.   The animals are your family.  You are an animal yourself.  There will be a journey where you and the animals search for a glorious place called "home." The journey will only succeed with courage, leadership and incredible survival skills.  Throughout this journey however, the only thing the animals want is happiness.
