Crash is a great story about a boy who loves to play football, and lives in Pennsylvania. Crash, and his friend, Mike, set out to make life miserable for Penn Webb, the neighborhood bully. The story describes how Mike takes a prank too far, and what the consequences will be because of the prank. Crash comes to realize who his real friend is. Read to find out why Crash's grandfather is so important to this story.

I recommend this book to people who like sports books.

Crash is about a boy who is really popular and is really good at sports.  Crash has a neighbor named Pen who is really feminine and everyone makes fun of him including Crash. He makes fun of him at first but then realizes that Pen isn't that bad. Pen, Crash, and their friends go out for track and both Pen and Crash make it.  They hold a relay race to see who gets to go to the final race called Penn Relays. In order to see who wins read this book.  I recommend this book to people who like sports.

This book is about a boy named John (Crash) Coogan who loves football and becomes a great football player in middle school.  He breaks some records for this middle school.  There is a boy named Penn Webb who he met when he was little and has hated him ever since.  When Crash is in middle school, his school is going to run in the Penn Relays.  They have a race-off for a person to run in a four-by-one hundred meter relay with three 8th graders; Crash lets Penn win.  In the Penn Relays for the four-by-one hundred meter relay, Penn is the anchor and brings  his team from last place to second place.  They become best friends.

f you like football, then this is the book for you!

Crash, the main character, has known Webb since first grade. He and his best friend Mike have always teased Webb. When Mike pulls a dirty trick on Webb, Crash has to decide which side he’s really on. Crash was an exciting book. I really enjoyed it.

When Crash, the main character, is six he becomes friends with a little boy on his street whose name is Penn Webb. Crash thinks that Penn Webb is very strange, but he is a good friend. Several years later, Crash meets another new friend in middle school and his name is Mike. The problem in the story is that Mike likes to make fun of Penn Webb because of Penn’s strangeness. Crash doesn’t know which friend’s side he should be on: Penn Webb or Mike.

I like this book because it is about football and friendship. Crash is a good book because it has a lot of action.
