Danny, Champion of the World has three main characters. Danny is a kind,
respectful boy who loves his father very much. Dannys father is a smart man who
likes to tell stories to Danny. Mr. Victor Von Hazel is vile, wretched, and never treats
Danny with respect. In this book, Mr. Von Hazel buys 100
pheasants for a shooting party where many important people are invited. Danny and his
father hate Mr. Von Hazel. They plan to capture all the pheasants before the shooting
party begins; Mr. Von Hazel will look like a fool. Read Danny, Champion of the World to
find out whether or not they capture all the pheasants.
