Ghost in the Mirror is a mystery. Mrs. Zimmermann, a witch, has lost her magic
powers. One night she sees the face of the person who had taught her magic appear in the
mirror, and it tells her what to do to get her magic back. She has to go on a trip, and
she takes the mirror and Rose Rita, another main character, along. While they are driving
through a tunnel, they come out the other end and find they are in an eighteenth century
winter. The car slips off the road. Someone takes them to a farm. There they meet Grandpa
Drexel, a good warlock. He tells Mrs. Zimmermann that hers is a magic mirror. When Mrs.
Zimmermann activates it, an evil spirit takes over and gets rid of Mrs. Zimmermann’s
recent memory. To get her power back, she must right the wrong that happened in the
1800’s.
