| Reviewer: Andrew L. 08 This is a
great book for kids who love baseball and intrigue, like I do. Moe Berg was one of the few
Jewish athletes to make it to the Majors. His baseball career spanned 19 years, from 1923
when he joined the Brookly Dodgers, to his retirement in 1942. But Moe Berg was much more
than a baseball player. He was a U.S. spy during World War II and made a major
contribution to helping the United States win the race against Germany to build the first
atomic bomb. If you love sports and history, this is the book for you! It was great!

| Reviewer: Jeff B. '06 Moe Berg is a non-fiction book about a baseball player. He was not
only a baseball player, he spoke eleven languages, went to Princeton, and was a spy for
the US during WorldWar II. I recommend this book to anyone who likes baseball or who likes
stories about spies.
