The Phantom of Pine Hill is about Nancy Drew, a young detective, who goes to the mountains to visit her boyfriend, Ned. She and her friends stay with one of Ned's professors. His library is broken into again. How? All the windows and doors are locked. Nancy finds a secret passageway between the library and another room. The "crook" turns out to be an unexpected character!

I think this book is disappointing at times. Ideas would begin and then they would just stop. I rate this book a 6 out of 10.

The Phantom of Pine Hill is about a phantom who lives in the forest and steals money from houses.

One family, who lives in a very big house, is thought to have a chest with valuables in it. Nancy Drew and her friends, Beth and George, go to the house to try to solve the mystery of the phantom. They discover a cave, where a tribe lived long ago, and find clues in it. Read The Phantom of Pine Hill to find out how they solve this case.

I like mystery books, especially Nancy Drew. They are filled with mystery and adventure.
