Stones in Water is about a boy named Roberto who lives in Italy. When Roberto was a teenager, Nazis took him from his family. He is forced to work, building and maintaining a runway in the Ukraine. His one and only friend Samuele has a secret that could get them both killed. This story shows how to friends stick together no matter what happens.

I recommend this book to a reader that likes a good adventure book. This book kept me very interested and made me curious about how it would end.
