main characters in True North are Lucy and Afrika, two totally different people
who live in two very different neighborhoods. Lucy is a very rich person while Afrika is
trying to survive. They are two kinds of people wanting one thing – freedom. It is
about both girls fighting for the same thing. They get closer and closer through the
Underground Railroad. To tell any more would give away the ending. I thought True
North was wonderful and exciting
