When Molly's mother gets married, Molly discovers that Heather, his daughter, is not very nice.  Heather feels like she needs a friend, but she becomes friends with a ghost--a bad ghost.  Helen, the ghost, lures Heather to the pond to drown!  Can Molly save her sister, even though she doesn't like her?  I recommend this awesome book to anyone who likes ghost stories.
