Zlata’s Diary is the diary of a girl during the Bosnian Civil War. The book described the horror that her family went through. I thought it was a very sad book because many people died during the story. I also thought this book is like The Diary of Anne Frank; in fact, people call Zlata the "Anne Frank of Sarajevo."
