Zoe, a fourteen-year-old girl, is having a great time at summer camp, but she is no
ordinary girl. She can travel back into the past. It has been a long time since she has
felt the eerie pull of the spirit world, and she felt the need to travel into the past.
One night while she is at camp, she feels the spirits pulling at her stronger than ever.
She does not want to travel back, but the feelings are too strong for her to resist. Soon
she is transported back in time to the small island where she lives with her grandparents.Zoe realizes that her grandparents look a lot younger than they usually do,
and the small girl with them could not be herself. Suddenly she realizes that she is
witnessing her own mother's childhood, and the deep dark secret that lies within it. Can
Zoe save her mother from the terrible danger? Will Zoe get trapped in the past forever?
