The purpose of this experiment is to see which nail polish, less or more expensive, rubs off more easily, when placed in nail polish remover. When performing this experiment nail polish remover and two nail polishes were used. The nail polish remover was a sore brand substance. Both brands of nail polishes were painted on plastic fingernails and placed in nail polish remover for 60 seconds. The naked eye is used to figure out which nail polish rubbed off more. After performing this experiment, it was found that the cheaper brand stays on longer than the expensive brand when placed in nail polish remover.
