The purpose of the experiment was to see if time would have any effect on the
amount of Vitamin C in orange juice. To test this, Vitamin C test strips were used to
measure how much Vitamin C the orange juice contained. Everyday three tests were
made with three different test strips. At the conclusion of the experiment, the results of
each day were averaged.
After concluding the experiment, it was found that time did affect the amount of
Vitamin C in orange juice. On day one of the experiment, there was 300 mgs. of Vitamin
C. By day five, there was only 200 mgs. Of Vitamin C, and when the experiment
concluded on day nine, there was only 100 mgs. of Vitamin C.
