The purpose of this experiment was to find out which property is the most valuable in the game of Monopoly. To carry out this experiment, Truman Collins's Monopoly research was found. By using his spreadsheets and graphs, the reasons why he got his answers were found for each category. Then, this data was recorded.

After completing this experiment, it was found that Illinois Avenue is the most valuable property. It had the highest probability percentage in both long and short jail stays and placed in the top five for high expected income rates every time. The expected income is the amount of money made per opponent roll. It placed highly when there was a long or short jail stay, and for a single property, and when there was a hotel. The second most valuable was B&O Railroad for the same reasons. It placed highly on all of the charts. Boardwalk, to some people, seems the best, although it really does not have a high probability and only has a high expected income rates.
