Oral Proficiency Contest 2000

Every February the Montgomery County Association of Foreign Language Teachers (MCATFL) holds an Oral Proficiency Contest. Each school may send one student from each level of French, Spanish and German to participate in the competetion. The preliminary round involves an interview between the student and a judge. Two finalists are named for each level, and they are interviewed by a panel of judges before an audience of foreign language teachers and other students.
