The Annex opened in January 2017. There are two full size basketball practice courts, which are primarily used for Middle School practice and games. After a successful fundraising initiative, both courts were named for longtime basketball coaches Jim Fenerty (Fenerty Court) and Sherri Retif (Retif Court). The Annex is connected to the Field House with outside access from the Patriot Parking Lot.
